Customer Service Operator
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth running of our shop during the night shift.
* Operate the shop in line with company policy throughout the night as per shop checklist.
* Activate all perimeter alarms and secure the site building throughout the night.
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shop area.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate price labelling of products.
* Manage stock rotation and shelf stacking effectively.

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
