Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Executive to oversee our financial operations.
* Budgeting and forecasting, management accounts, and statutory reporting will fall under your purview.
* You will lead a team of two finance professionals, ensuring accurate month-end close and timely financial reporting.
* Maintaining robust financial controls is crucial to this role.
* Cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships management will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience
* A fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent certification.
* At least 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
* Experience managing small teams and working hands-on is essential.
