Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Strategy
* Elevate brand positioning in Irish and international luxury markets
* Identify opportunities to enhance storytelling and perception
Campaigns & Content
* Develop annual/quarterly planning, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
* Create content calendars across social, email, blog, PR, and partnerships
* Dive into results-driven campaigns across all segments (Leisure, Dining, Spa, Weddings, Golf, Events)
Digital & Performance Marketing
* Oversee website content and performance (vanity and Marriott site)
* Manage digital KPIs: SEO, PPC, display and social ads
* Align marketing with revenue goals in partnership with digital agency & internal teams
Social Media & Content Creation
* Create engaging content reflecting the estate's tone
* Write/edit web, blog, campaign copy, and social content
Agency & Stakeholder Management
* Lead briefs and performance for PR, digital, and design agencies
* Represent the estate at trade shows and marketing meetings
Brand Consistency & Internal Support
* Maintain visual and written brand consistency
* Support strategic reviews and business reporting
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
* Demonstrated success in commercial marketing strategy and ROI delivery
* Expertise in SEO, paid media, website/content management, and analytics
* Outstanding storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience
