Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive organisational development initiatives to shape culture, engagement, and innovation.
* Lead strategic change management and talent programmes across Global Operations.
* Collaborate with HR leaders and Centre of Excellence to embed OD practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in organisation development, change management, or related field.
* Hons Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Organisation Development, HR, psychology, business).
* Strong project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects in a large scale organisation.
* Experience in large scale matrix organisations preferable.
* Coaching qualification is a distinct advantage.
