As a seasoned hotel professional, you will have extensive experience in managing large-scale operations and driving revenue growth through strategic commercial initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Support all Heads of Department in running the property efficiently, ensuring seamless front office, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and revenue operations.
2. Monitor and address any feedback promptly, maintaining high standards of service delivery within the Staycity Group brand SOPs.
3. Evaluate individual and team performance against goals, promoting a high-performance culture through constructive feedback and training.
4. Produce forecasts for revenues and costs, monitoring budgets and communicating any deviations to ensure timely action.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years' senior-level experience as a General Manager in large-scale hotel or aparthotel operations.
* Proven success in driving substantial revenue growth through strategic management of commercial initiatives.
* Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in engaging in strategic business discussions at a higher level.
