Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft and Linux engineering, with experience working in enterprise-scale cloud security environments.
The Senior IT Security Analyst will play a key role within the IT Security department, helping design, build, and maintain a secure, enterprise-class hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
* Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory and DNS, including managing Group Policy and Active Directory Security solutions.
* Implementing and maintaining Active Directory design, schema, OU structures, replication topologies, and DC backup/restore processes.
* Supporting Security Architects in the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
* Building and configuring cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on identity and access management and secure configuration.
* Developing and applying security controls across multiple cloud providers.
* Automating and scripting security processes to accelerate configuration audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
* Keeping cloud infrastructure up to date and proactively recommending improvements to enhance security posture.
* Investigating and resolving security incidents, documenting findings, and implementing preventive measures.
About You:
* 3+ years' experience in enterprise-scale cloud security environments.
* 5+ years' experience with both Linux and Windows environments.
* Solid understanding of operating system security and hardening practices.
* Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Strong communication skills—both written (documentation, procedures) and verbal (team collaboration).
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Comfortable managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies (Docker, Ansible, Terraform).
