Clinical Nurse Manager required for a temporary role in Breast Check clinic, Dublin.
About the Role:
* Deliver high-quality patient care as a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in a dynamic and supportive environment.
* Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the Breast Check clinic, developing their skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive service to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide optimal health care to patients with or suspected of having breast cancer and their families, assessing needs and providing relevant support, information, education, and advice.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the capability of others involved in healthcare to provide care for this group of patients.
3. Evaluate clinical problems in conjunction with other team members, coordinate investigations and therapies, and patient follow-up.
4. Actively promote liaison and coordination of care for patients between the screening unit, hospital, symptomatic breast clinic, and community.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to assess needs and provide relevant support, information, education, and advice when necessary.
