Principal Recruitment Consultant - Connecting Java, .Net Developers, Dynamics 365 & DevOps with contract & permanent opportunities
We are seeking a .Net Developer to join a global financial services organisation known for delivering innovative technology solutions that empower clients and partners. This is a 12-month contract offering the chance to contribute to impactful projects within digital marketing and institutional platforms, while working primarily remote with occasional onsite collaboration in Galway.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement enterprise software solutions using .NET/C# and Angular.
* Build and maintain REST services, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD frameworks.
* Collaborate within a scrum team, working closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to deliver key customer features.
* Ensure high-quality code through continuous integration, test automation, and test-driven development.
* Contribute to architectural design and mentor junior team members.
Contract details
* Contract Term: 12 months
* Location & Work Model: Galway, 1 week per month onsite
* Rate: €500 per day
About You
* 5+ years' experience in software application design and development.
* Strong skills in object-oriented development .NET/C#, with Angular/AngularJS as a plus.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies, static code analysis, and automated testing.
* Strong communicator, collaborative team player, and committed to continuous improvement.
Note: For this position, you need to be based around the Galway area and hold an EU/UK passport or a Stamp 4.
