Your Role Will Include:
* Greeting clients and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
* Communicating with team members to ensure the building runs smoothly, reporting issues or concerns to relevant team members.
* Resolving client enquiries and assisting with requests.
* Managing reception duties such as handling mail and booking meeting rooms.
* Building rapport with clients, while maintaining a polite and professional manner in all interactions.
* Ensuring deadlines are realistic and consistently met.

* An excellent communicator and active listener.
* Capable of working independently and collaborating within the PEMBR Team.

* Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experienced as a Receptionist or possesses strong transferable skills in communication and administration.
