About the Role:
A busy and well-regarded legal team is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their Woolton office.
This is a varied and client-facing role where you’ll manage a broad caseload of Private Client matters, working closely with high-net-worth clients and providing expert advice on Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate and Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.
You’ll have plenty of direct client contact and will work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive, vibrant team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise further within an established and respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters
* Handle day-to-day client communications, both in person and remotely
* Liaise with the probate registry, courts, HM Land Registry, HMRC, experts, and agencies
* Deal with the administration of estates
* Proactively develop new business opportunities and maintain existing contacts
* Collaborate with the marketing team to produce blog content on Private Client topics
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law
* Proven experience working with HNW clients on Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly (essential)
* Property law experience (desirable)
* Ability to drive and access to own vehicle (desirable)
* Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and proactive approach
* Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
* Confident, professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
* Flexible and adaptable to client and team needs
* Experience using Case Management Systems and Laserforms (essential)
* Proficient in Excel (essential)
