As we continue to grow, were looking for a talented, hands-on Fresh Food Managerto lead and grow these key areas and help us deliver and expand the exceptional standards our customers love.
The Role Youll take full ownership of our fresh food departments, with a particular focus on: In-store Bakery managing fresh bread, pastries, cakes and daily bakes; ensuring quality, freshness and attractive merchandising.
Deli Counter overseeing salads, cooked meats, cheeses, prepared foods and customer service standards.
Homemade Dinners coordinating the production, presentation and safe handling of our freshly prepared meals.
Key Responsibilities Lead, support and motivate a small team.
Maintain exceptional standards across bakery, deli and homemade foods.
Ensure consistent product quality, freshness and availability.
Plan daily production for bakery and prepared foods.
Drive strong food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance.
Manage ordering, stock rotation and waste reduction.
Deliver eye-catching, customer-focused displays.
Work closely with the store owner to support growth and profitability.
