We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager, who will oversee and manage day-to-day operations across various systems. Key responsibilities include:
* Team Leadership & Management - Oversee, support, and mentor a team of 8 field engineers delivering service and maintenance works.
* Service Delivery & Operational Performance - Ensure all service requests, faults, and maintenance tasks are completed on time in line with SLAs.
The ideal candidate should have experience in senior engineering or operations roles within EAS, CCTV security systems or related technical environments. They must possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments. Solid organisational skills including scheduling abilities and excellent customer communication skills are also required.
