Your mission
We are hiring for the role of Marketing Executive as we expand our marketing team and increase the scope, scale, and breadth of our marketing and content output in order to rapidly scale the business in a range of areas.
The Marketing Executive is an important role and will involve supporting on website management, SEO and PPC strategy, and manage both paid and unpaid content promotion (LinkedIn, Google, Podcast platforms, etc.). The Marketing Executive will also help to build out our reporting and analytics capabilities. Outside of our digital marketing requirements, the Marketing Executive will also support with events, internal communications and pitch decks.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing team which is led by the VP Marketing and also includes a Digital Manager and Brand Manager as well as working collaboratively across the business.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will support the growing marketing department with a range of tasks, including:
* Website management support including:
* Content publication
* Liaising with external providers
* Day to day management of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Research support for whitepapers and other long form content creation
* Support on paid content (LinkedIn, paid search, digital advertising, etc.)
* Organic content promotion (LinkedIn and other social media, PR,)
* Support with content ideation for social channels and website
* Support on email campaigns including content ideation, project management and reporting
* Reporting and analytics (Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to identify insights and produce reports that demonstrate the efficacy of marketing activities
* Contribute ideas about how we can promote our services and our content
* Support the business with client and consultant events
* Support the wider business with various other marketing activities (i.e. building presentations, social media profile management, etc.)
* Design support for invites, whitepapers and social assets
* Office management – sorting supplies for the business, sprucing up the office
* Lead for cultural events and coordinating gifting for the business throughout the year
Your profile
* Minimum two - three years' experience in a busy marketing (or other content producing) department
* Experience with website management:
* SEO
* Basic coding awareness preferable (html)
* Experience with social media (notably LinkedIn)
* Experience working on lead generation campaigns using Salesforce and Hubspot desirable
* Experience of producing reports and data ready for presentations
* Design skills desirable but not necessary
* Demonstrated ability to think creatively
