About Our Work
Our team works across the full spectrum of psychology, with a strong emphasis on neurodivergent clinical presentations, including complex ADHD, ASD, trauma, and associated mental health needs.
Through our sister service, the Irish Eating Disorders Centre, we provide a specialist independent ARFID service, delivering the only dedicated independent intensive outpatient ARFID pathway in Ireland, alongside comprehensive eating disorder assessment and treatment.
In addition, Lighthouse Psychology delivers high-level Expert Witness services nationally and internationally, including work across Irelandand worldwide jurisdictions.
Clinical credibility and ethical rigour underpin all expert work.
Leadership, Research & Supervision
The practice is led by Professor Chrissie Tizzard, who is a chartered psychologist and research scientist and clinical supervisor.
Professor Tizzard is actively committed to supporting psychologists with doctoral, post-doctoral, and advanced research projects, and to mentoring clinicians who wish to integrate clinical excellence with research, publication, supervision, and professional leadership.
This role would particularly suit a psychologist who values intellectual depth, evidence-based practice, and professional development beyond routine clinical work.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a psychologist who:
• Is Chartered with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
* Holds specialist training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
* Demonstrates clinical depth, professional maturity, and ethical integrity
* Has experience or a strong interest in neurodivergent and complex presentations
* Values quality, formulation, and reflective practice
