Service Advisor A leading vehicle distributor is seeking a Service Advisorto join its Dublin-based head office team.

The Role As Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them smoothly through the vehicle servicing and repair process.
Working closely with workshop and internal teams, you'll help ensure efficiency, transparency, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Welcome customers, assess service needs, and manage vehicle intake and handover Schedule service appointments via phone, email, and walk-ins Liaise with technicians to translate customer concerns into clear work instructions Communicate service findings, costs, and timelines in a clear, customer-friendly way Prepare estimates, manage invoicing, process payments, and close job records Recommend additional maintenance or service options where appropriate Handle customer queries and complaints with a calm, solutions-focused approach Collaborate with parts, warranty, reception, and sales teams Capture customer feedback to support continuous service improvement Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year in a similar customer-facing role within the motor industry (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Experience with Dealer Management Systems (e.g.
