We're working with a public sector organisation dedicated to upholding high standards in education, and they are looking for a Communications Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with hands-on experience in communications, marketing, or a related field through internships, summer placements, or previous roles.

Youll play a key role in promoting important initiatives, driving digital campaigns, supporting stakeholder engagement, and delivering impactful content across a variety of channels.
What Youll Be Doing: Supporting the implementation of the organisations Communications Strategy Creating and scheduling content across social media platforms Assisting in the planning and coordination of stakeholder and public events Monitoring and updating website content to ensure accessibility and relevance Helping to manage shared mailboxes and internal communications Evaluating opportunities for digital campaigns, including paid advertising Upholding brand and accessibility standards across all communication channels What Were Looking For: Ideally a minimum of 6+ months experience in a communications, marketing, or digital content role (internships and student placements welcome) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and Canva Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive, team-oriented approach Creativity and attention to detail A keen interest in public sector communications Desirable: A third-level qualification in communications or a related field Irish language skills Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign) Knowledge of digital marketing best practices This is a fully onsite role based in Maynooth, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in the education sector while developing your skills in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
