Job Summary
An experienced facilities/maintenance engineer is required to work with our client on a contracting basis. The initial contract period will be for 6 months.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical and operational documentation and procedures to ensure sustainable delivery of utility and facility services.
* Safety management of maintenance contractors involves utilizing permit-to-work systems and reviewing RA MS documents.
* Ongoing review and updating of CMMS procedures with a focus on system readiness and resource availability is also required.
* The engineer will support resource estimates and coordination needed (materials, budget, time and people) to accomplish assigned individual tasks.
* Planning and conducting small- to medium-size projects within FM engineering requiring conventional types of plans, investigations, and/or equipment is a key responsibility.
* Coodinating and monitoring activities associated with projects under the relevant scope of the role is also required.
* The engineer will review and approve project documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to GMP standards.
* Preparing and executing FAT/SAT and IQ protocols for facilities equipment is an additional task.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related program with at least 5 years' experience in a regulated GMP/Biotech/Med Device environment is required.
* The ideal candidate will have understanding of CMMS/asset management strategies and applications, as well as experience on ATEX-rated sites.
