We are seeking a driven professional to join our expanding team in Cork, with responsibility for
end-to-end project delivery
— from design review and planning through to successful handover. This is a high-visibility role where you'll
lead teams, manage subcontractors, and build strong client relationships
while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
What You'll Do
* Take
full ownership
of roofing projects from contract award to close-out.
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving performance and accountability.
* Oversee
budget, schedule, safety, and quality
to achieve best-in-class project outcomes.
* Act as the
primary client contact
, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
* Drive a culture of

What We're Looking For
* Degree in
Engineering, Construction Management
, or related field.
* Several years' experience managing construction or roofing projects.
* Proven leadership in
project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
.
* Knowledge of
Irish health & safety regulations
and strong technical/engineering capability.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
