Job Description
About the Role: The Health Care Assistant plays a vital part in delivering daily activities and routines within a residential service. This role involves direct support to individuals, administration tasks, and household duties as assigned by the Manager and outlined in the Integrated Care Plan.
The Health Care Assistant works collaboratively as part of an innovative team, providing services in line with HIQA regulations & standards. Key responsibilities include assisting with child/adult care, encouraging recognition of individual needs, and acting as an advocate for family members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
