We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Assistant Clinic Manager to support our clinic operations and help us take our patient experience to the next level.
Role Overview
As the Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Malahide clinic. You'll work closely with the Clinic Manager and clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, deliver an exceptional client journey, and support business growth as we expand.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Clinic Manager in overseeing daily operations of the clinic
* Manage appointment scheduling, patient communications, and follow-ups
* Ensure smooth patient check-ins and consultations with a focus on customer care
* Coordinate staff schedules and support team members as needed
* Maintain clinic presentation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Support inventory management and ordering of clinic supplies
* Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and KPI tracking
* Handle basic billing and payment processing
* Provide exceptional support to patients at every stage of their treatment journey
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a clinic, healthcare, aesthetic, or wellness environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings/weekends if required
* Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is highly advantageous

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
