HR Learning & Development Specialist
, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a positive, high-performing culture across our Castlebar, Swinford and Liverpool sites.
This is a strategic and hands-on position where you will design, implement, and lead initiatives that develop talent, foster engagement, and ensure our organisation remains a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Engagement:
Act as a key driver in building and sustaining a positive workplace culture through innovative engagement initiatives.
Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and policies across multiple sites.
Talent Development:
Lead succession planning and talent development efforts, ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth.
Onboarding Excellence:
Oversee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
Learning & Development:
* Design and deliver development programs for all organisational levels.
* Conduct training needs analysis and roll out global L&D programs.
* Manage the plant L&D budget and implement the annual L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
Organisational Effectiveness:
Work closely with management to identify improvement opportunities using KPIs and other performance data.
External Partnerships:
Liaise with universities and external organisations to stay at the forefront of learning and development trends.
Safety & Compliance:
Support EHS initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
Performance Management:
Partner with managers on feedback, check-ins, and development planning.
Innovation & Creativity:
Bring fresh ideas and creativity to enhance learning experiences and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
* Third-level qualification in HR, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
* CIPD qualification desirable.
* Proven experience in HR and/or Learning & Development roles.
* Strong understanding of talent management and organisational development.
