Job Description
AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently hiring a HR Generalist on behalf of our client, a growing company within the food industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Co. Tipperary.
Role:
* Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and internal policies.
* Support managers on employee relations issues and collaborate with the HR Manager on investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and performance procedures in line with Irish employment law.
* Report on HR metrics and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
* Support the design and delivery of training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Lead recruitment campaigns, contracts, and talent pipelines to ensure the right people are in the right roles.

Requirements
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or CIPD qualification.
* 3+ years of HR generalist experience
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience participating in employee relations, investigations, and compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
* Confident managing competing priorities and working collaboratively across departments.
