The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors, gaining exposure to a variety of projects and further developing their skills in cost management and contract administration. Subcontractor Management: Assist in managing subcontractor packages, including payments to subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Cost Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly internal valuations, cost reports, and budget tracking. Project Exposure: Gain hands-on experience with RC frame, apartment, residential building, and commercial projects. Contract Administration: Maintain accurate subcontractor and supplier contractual details, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Budget Monitoring: Report on project budgets and variations, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions. Professional Development: Take on tasks reflecting increasing levels of development and responsibility as experience grows.
