Position Overview
* Location: Onsite, Dublin City Centre (no remote option currently available)
* Salary: €42,667 per annum
* Full‑time, 40 hours per week, fully flexible across Monday‑Sunday 08:00‑19:00
* Training: 4‑week on‑site program in Dublin
* Contract: Permanent
* Start dates: Various
Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality review of client workflows managed by the Clients Global Operations Team.
* Review content moderation, including but not limited to violence threats, self‑harm, theft, fraud, misrepresentation, hate speech, phishing, spam, malware, child exploitation, nudity, and sexual solicitation.
* Conduct ID review and authenticity/access flow checks.
* Escalate issues that require additional action or investigation.
* Support quality review for Client workflows related to Special Ops/Global Risk Ops (GRO), focusing on HERO (viral/meme content) and DOI (Dangerous Organization) areas.
* Apply cultural and political context relevant to the market/region to ensure nuanced policy decisions are made in accordance with client abuse standard policies and training materials.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous content moderation experience (proof required).
* Fluent in Turkish.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of online safety‑related content policies.
* Background checks: Right to work, criminal record check, credit check, and any other associated checks.
