Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned finance and operations professional to lead our organization's financial management, strategic planning, fundraising support, and day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will work closely with the CEO and Board to ensure robust financial governance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial plans that align with the organization's mission and goals
* Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability
* Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate and timely financial records and reports
* Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and Board
Requirements:
* A minimum of three years' experience in financial and operational management within the charity sector
* Proven track record working within the charity sector with a real passion for social change
* Strong understanding of charity governance and SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice)
