Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of presentation and housekeeping, and achieving sales targets.
As Line Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective management practices. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing new ideas, and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
