About The Role
We are looking for a Salesforce System Admin to look after Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, handling support tickets, training, and building reports and dashboards. The individual in this role will liaise with users and the wider Kingspan Data Solutions businesses under a divisional Salesforce team structure working with the divisional Architectural Manager and Developer. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform who has a desire to keep learning and to better understand the business and translating processes into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
User Support Tickets (incidents and change requests).

User & license Management including new user setup, deactivation, permission sets, and public groups.

Training and partial training material support.

Monitoring adoption.

Gathering requirements for users and stakeholders including feedback.

Salesforce Configurations such as Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Settings, dashboards, and reporting (Flow experience not needed but highly favourable).

Assist in Org Maintenance around data integrity & mass uploads.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
Salesforce Administrator Certification not required upon hiring but favourable.

Experience
1-2 years of Salesforce platform experience.

Must have some hands-on experience on Sales Cloud (Tailhead Badges Acceptable).

Skills
Business systems analysis and project management skills

Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible.

Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project, and Outlook).
