Im looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to work for a leading registered charity with a nationwide presence. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders while also managing a team of three. Key Responsibilities Drive sales activities by developing strategy, building stakeholder relationships, setting targets, and identifying new opportunities across sectors such as education, healthcare, and business. Manage the technology team, overseeing performance, holding regular team and supplier meetings, and ensuring alignment with organizational sales goals. Track and report key sales metrics, delivering timely performance data and insights to the Director and board. Develop promotional materials and campaigns to support product awareness and sales growth. Oversee training programs for both staff and clients to ensure effective use and understanding of products Experience/Requirements Sales experience in the non-for-profit /charity sector At least 2 years experience managing teams. Excellent IT skills including all MS Office applications. Full clean drivers license Skills: Sales charity non-for-profit
