Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to incoming calls in a professional manner
* Accurately inputting invoices and financial data into our systems
* Verifying accounts and statements for accuracy
* Receiving payments and processing debt collections
* Managing our purchasing order system
* Recording employee hours and processing timesheets
* Placing orders with suppliers
* Maintaining and updating our administrative systems
* Performing general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

* Excellent computer skills and knowledge of software applications
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong organizational and time management skills
