Key Responsibilities:
? Lead on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, Quality,
and Environmental compliance
? Manage and coordinate all site activities to meet project timelines and contractual
requirements
? Oversee commercial and operational aspects of daily site activities
? Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to ensure clear communication
and delivery
? Manage direct labour and subcontractor teams
? Lead and support a multidisciplinary project team including engineering, commercial,
planning, and HSQE personnel
? Oversee material procurement and supply chain coordination
Ideal Candidate:
? Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in utilities and/or public realm
sector
? Knowledge of Public Works Contracts (PWC) is an advantage
? Engineering qualification desirable but not essential
? Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
? Strong project management and IT skills
? Experience managing client relationships from project initiation through to completion
? Effective at resolving challenges and negotiating solutions
