Based on our clients site at Naas, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the team in developing, organising and administering the Company's comprehensive service designed to insure optimum efficiency and effectiveness to the client contract and ensure profitability.RecruitmentWork with clients to ensure an in depth understanding of roles, organisation, culture, specification and duration of assignmentsSource and recruit for roles of all levels with the client in line with resourcing KPIsRegister candidates in line with legal and ethical compliance specifically but not limited to Eligibility to Work, Ethical Compliance, EAA, and AWR GLA if applicable.Issue on boarding information including assignment briefing forms and handbooksKPI's as identified by Account ManagerClient ManagementWork with the client to provide innovative service delivery solutions and recommend solutions which will add value to the serviceProvide management information and reports specifically outlined within the SLASupport Client with any additional supportCandidate ManagementLiaise with candidates to identify issues and address concernsMaintenance and update of accurate worker /employee records and systemsProvide general advice and guidance to temporary workers e.g performance management, absence managementCarry out appraisals / reviews on temporary workers if applicableConduct investigation meetings in relation to complaints or issuePlease note that the above duties do not appear in any order of priority.The company reserves the right to add to or subtract from the above duties at their own discretion as the role evolves.
