OverviewA leading European investor and asset manager in the clean energy sector are seeking a Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager to join their Dublin team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of developing and delivering new investment strategies for a platform managing ~€2bn across wind, solar, storage and other sustainable infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve:Supporting product development, fundraising, and investor relations activities.Building and maintaining complex financial models for funds and managed accounts.Preparing marketing materials, data rooms, and due diligence responses for institutional investors.Leading analysis and scenario modelling to support fee negotiations and investment propositions.Collaborating on corporate finance activities, including group cash flow modelling, valuations, and strategic planning for the board.Qualifications5+ years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.Strong exposure to financial modelling, investor due diligence, and fundraising materials.Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders and boards.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.Background in professional services or corporate finance advisory; exposure to regulated investment managers a plus.LocationDublin, Ireland (Hybrid – office Tues–Thurs, WFH Mon & Fri)How to applyIf you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and want to play a key role in driving the European energy transition, this could be the perfect next step.
