Job Purpose

To undertake the Customer Service process within Panda Recycling, ensuring that agreed service levels are achieved for customers at the best value.

Role Context

* The Customer Service Representative will support the Customer Service team in transactions with Panda customers.
* Ensure that all customer interactions result in a closed service loop.

Responsibilities:

* Answer high-volume inbound calls in a call centre environment.
* Handle customer queries and complaints, liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
* Process all customer requests promptly and consistently.
* Be open to ongoing training on new equipment, processes, and operations.
* Work flexibly in a multi-skilled environment.
* Collaborate positively within a team.
* Flexibility in work patterns may be required.

Candidate Profile:

* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
* Customer-focused attitude.
* At least one year of experience in a customer care role.
* Good organizational skills.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Teamwork ability.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Flexible to respond to various tasks as needed.

Customer Service and Communication:

* Experience communicating with customers.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to follow processes and procedures.
* Proven high customer satisfaction in previous roles.
* Experience in process-managed environments.
* Effective communication with management.

* Ability to identify and analyze problems.
* Resolve customer issues using investigative skills.
* Handle challenging support situations professionally.

* Share knowledge effectively.
