The role involves working within a distributed, agile team delivering scalable and resilient solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Support integration with multiple enterprise systems.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience in Java (preferably Java 11+) and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.Experience working in agile development environments.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex systems.Good understanding of software development lifecycle and best engineering practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.Familiarity with enterprise or financial systems is advantageous.
