Software Support Analyst
We're finishing off this year with a new role at one of our long term software clients in Dublin. They're hiring a Software Support Analyst to support business-critical, web-based platforms used by enterprise customers in regulated industries.
Day to Day:
* Provide application and software support for web platforms
* Own issues end to end: reproduce, log, escalate, and resolve
* Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot bugs
* Support customers via email, phone, and chat
* Manage multiple support tickets and priorities
* Take part in an on-call rota when required
Tech Stack:
* React, TypeScript, JavaScript
* C#, .NET Core
* PostgreSQL, REST APIs
* Azure DevOps, Git (Azure exposure a plus)
Experience required:
* 6–12 months' experience in software or product support
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Basic debugging (.NET), SQL awareness, and understanding of web protocols
* Experience using ticketing systems
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
