A high-profile role within a rapidly growing Tech business, requiring an experienced Finance Director to support the CFO across all areas of finance.
* Lead and develop a multi-jurisdictional finance team
* Support with M&A activity
* Deliver financial reporting and KPI analysis
* Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Manage Year End process and liaise with Group Auditors
* Review and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures
* Implement ERP system and manage all reporting back to lenders
