Facilities Executive €45,000 - €52,000Your New CompanyThe successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of hard and soft facilities services, project delivery, and support for climate action initiatives. This position will act as the primary point of contact for soft services and front‑of‑house operations within an existing facilities management contract. Additional responsibilities include mechanical and electrical oversight, health and safety, project delivery, budget management, office services, and lease administration across a diverse property portfolio.Your New RoleThe role is based in our client's global headquarters in Dublin, with travel required to manage a multi‑site FM contract. Applicants must be technically strong with demonstrable experience in managing multi‑site facilities operations, project delivery, procurement, and health and safety governance.ResponsibilitiesManage daily operational services within the scope of the facilities' management contract through a contracted FM service provider across nine regional offices, supporting a global network. This includes facilities management and maintenance contracts.Lead soft services delivery, including Reception, Security, Alarm Monitoring, Confidential Waste and Sanitary Waste services, Pest Control, Duct and Canopy Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Plant Maintenance and Cleaning. Ensure high standards and proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders.Review PPM reports and recommendations.Project‑manage externally appointed contractors and consultants to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery of works.Oversee room setup and logistics for internal events and large visitor bookings in line with organisational KPIs.Support property and lease management across the organisation's office portfolio.Manage preventive maintenance programmes across multiple sites to ensure compliance with legislative and health & safety requirements.
