This role will support the growth, performance, and success of a small team of administrative assistants in a well-established childcare company.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the administration team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the administrative function of the company.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan, delegate & support the team in completing tasks in a timely manner to meet set deadlines.
* Communicate in a professional manner as the first point of contact between employer and service providers, parents & potential customers.
* Manage office vendors and service contractors.
* Responsible for scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions and keeping accurate records.
* Manage and fine-tune processes to keep the office organised and running smoothly.
* In conjunction with the Operations Manager work to manage, revise and/or implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
* Ensure various insurances are up to date and submit and log insurance notifications as required.
* Submit and log regulatory notifications (Tusla, etc.) as required
* Primary internal contact for all things workspace related.
* Monitoring the renewals of memberships & subscriptions as required.

Requirements:

* 2 years + experience in a supervisory or senior administrative role.
* Self-motivated, excellent attention to detail, and an internal drive to produce high-quality work.
* Good decision-making skills and the ability to function well under stress while working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly skilled with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Teams).
* Flexible attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and colleagues required.
* Experience in professional communication with clients and suppliers.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
* Project coordination experience desirable.
