We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team in County Kerry. As a key member of our financial operations, you will work on monthly reporting duties, cash reconciliation, tax and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the organization
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
* Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
* Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
* Assist with audits and tax filings
* Provide financial analysis and advice to management
* Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures
* Manage payroll processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* CPA or ACCA certification preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
