Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead and manage all EHS functions across the organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legislation and certification standards, driving continual improvement of safety systems, preparing risk assessments, conducting regular site inspections, and delivering internal health and safety training.
* Develop and implement effective EHS strategies to reduce environmental impact and improve workplace safety.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Prepare and issue Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Construction Stage Plans to mitigate potential hazards.
* Support subcontractors in achieving EHS compliance.
* Conduct regular site, office, and warehouse inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in EHS management, including risk assessment and mitigation.
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
