DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting/Point of Contact
* Serve as the friendly first point of contact, greeting everyone with a warm, professional demeanour.
* Manage the front desk, coordinating tours and walk-ins with ease.
Building Operations and Management
* Assist residents with move-ins/outs and prepare thoughtful welcome packs.
* Support building operations and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
* Manage and assign support requests efficiently through Zendesk.
* Handle key card activations and ensure necessary consumables are ordered.
* Manage incoming parcels and notify members for collection, and provide on-call support as needed.
Events & Resident Management
* Plan and organise exciting resident events.
* Create eye-catching posters and distribute promotional materials to guests and potential residents.
* Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including ordering food and beverages.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
* Prior customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with our community.
* Familiarity with Zendesk is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A team player who demonstrates dependability, responsibility, accountability, and self-awareness.
* Comfortable with basic computer skills to navigate daily tasks with ease.
