Job Title:

Administrative Assistant Limerick Part-time

* This role involves supporting Directors and Managers in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling calendars, documentation management, travel logistics, and other administrative tasks.
* Directing incoming requests to appropriate personnel and initiating contacts as required.
* Preparing plans with Senior Document Controllers and Directors to ensure efficient and effective travel itineraries.
* Managing daily complex diaries and preparing all material requirements for travel.
* Booking and preparing travel arrangements/itineraries.
* Working with Senior Document Controllers and knowing key Director contacts to ensure good communications.
* Responding to inquiries and contacts in a timely and professional manner.


Requirements:

* 3 years + experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably in the pharma/biotech/medical device industry.
* Ability to work independently with high self-management skills in a dynamic work environment.
* Effective time management to meet multiple demands.
* Advanced competency in Ms Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
