The project has moved into a critical delivery phase, and there is a need for a strong HVAC Lead to provide structure, ownership, and technical leadership across HVAC systems. This is a high-visibility role within a live GMP environment where clear deliverables, coordination, and execution oversight are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead HVAC commissioning and qualification activitiesDefine deliverables and execution strategy for HVAC systemsConduct P&ID walkdowns and punch listingSupport startup and system energizationCoordinate with CQV, construction, and vendor teamsOversee protocol execution (IQ/OQ)Attend contractor and client walkdownsEnsure GMP compliance and documentation integrityRequirementsSenior HVAC commissioning experience within pharmaStrong understanding of sterile / GMP environmentsExperience in greenfield projectsAbility to lead and structure underperforming teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsOn-site presence requiredIf this opportunity aligns with your background, please send your CV to and I will contact you to discuss next steps.
