The Job You will provide high-level secretarial support within a demanding litigation department, working closely with solicitors on a varied and complex caseload. This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary with a strong background in litigation and excellent organisational skills. Package/Benefits: * Salary £27,000-£31,000 DOE * Lucrative holiday allowance and pension scheme * Monday to Friday working pattern * Option to consider full-time/part-time hours * Opportunity to join a highly regarded, established law firm The Role * Provide full secretarial support within the litigation department * Prepare and manage files, correspondence, and court papers * Audio typing * Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, courts, and third parties * Manage diaries, appointments, and key deadlines * Maintain strict confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail The Person * Previous experience working as a Litigation Legal Secretary is essential * Strong audio typing and administrative capabilities * Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills * Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload * Able to work independently while supporting a wider team * Reliable, adaptable, and professional in approach
