Job Title: Restaurant Manager

This role will be well supported in terms of finance, HR, and procurement as it forms part of a successful hotel operation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as a Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotels and restaurants.

Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate the team to the highest levels of guest service.
