This is a hybrid contract role for an ERP Change Manager, based in Dublin. The Change Manager will be responsible for leading change management of a SAP Upgrade, ensuring seamless transitions for our clients' businesses. Key tasks include engaging and managing stakeholders, overseeing project milestones, communications and driving successful business transformation strategies. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
12+ month day rate contract role. 1-2 days/week onsite in Dublin.
Must be living in Ireland and hold the necessary work visa.
Qualifications
Expertise in Stakeholder Engagement and Stakeholder Management to build and maintain effective relationships.
Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Proven ability to drive Business Change initiatives and manage organisational change.
Experience in project communications
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and addressing business challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
A background in SAP systems and familiarity with implementing change within SAP projects is highly desirable.
Experience with Change Management methodologies is required.
