At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Technical Manager with experience in Lift or Vertical Transport Systems to join our client's growing team based in Limerick City.

What's on Offer: Negotiable SalaryCompany VanYour new role includes: Driving and maintaining high technical standards across systems and processes to align with organizational goals.Ensure communication and co-ordination with key stakeholders in the business.Support field engineers and Supervisors with complex technical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.Monitor onboarding and ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for engineers, supervisors, and managers.
Manage progression plans for all engineers towards product excellence.Manage and analyse "sick lift" reports to reduce high-frequency call-outs in co-ordination with Service Department.Coordinate with HQ to facilitate webinars, face-to-face sessions, and technical updates.Experience you need: Proven experience in a technical or engineering leadership role, ideally in lift or vertical transport systems.Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.Experience delivering training or mentoring technical staff.Knowledge of health & safety regulations and performance monitoring.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
