Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Accommodation Manager in Dublin 12.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, lead, and support the accommodation team
Act as the main point of contact for all escalations relating to flights and accommodation
Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and consistency
Introduce structure, clear workflows, and best practices across the team
Monitor workload and ensure tasks are effectively prioritised and delivered
Support team development through coaching, guidance, and performance management
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure travel needs are met seamlessly
Reduce reliance on senior leadership for operational queries and decision-making
The Person
Comes from a
travel agency, accommodation, or coordination background
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident in decision-making
Enjoys bringing order and efficiency to busy environments
A strong leader who can support and develop a team
Proven experience in a
people management role
(essential)
Experience working in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Background in
travel, accommodation, logistics, or coordination roles
is highly advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience improving processes and implementing structure within a team
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
