Responsibilities
:
1. Lead the development and optimization of advanced machine learning models.
2. Oversee the preprocessing and analysis of large datasets.
3. Deploy and maintain ML solutions in production environments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into products and services.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments.
Minimum Qualifications:
6. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7. Extensive experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
8. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for data processing and model deployment.
Preferred Qualification:
9. MSc or equivalent experience in a quantitative field puter Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
10. Proficiency in SQL, Python and relevant ML frameworks, packages, and tools
11. Experience with developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact
12. Experience in designing ML pipelines, including model versioning, model deployment, model testing, and monitoring
13. Experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-location organization - an advantage
14. Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented, details-oriented
15. Outstandingmunication skills
