This is an exciting opportunity to lead QA within a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering real-world, safety-critical software solutions with frequent release cycles. The Role Reporting to the Director of R&D, you will lead a small QA team, ensuring high-quality software delivery across manual and automated testing. You will play a key role in shaping QA strategy, driving continuous improvement, and supporting Agile best practices across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting Develop and implement QA processes and standards Drive test automation across unit, integration, system, and regression testing Manage workflows and reporting via Azure DevOps Coordinate sprint ceremonies and support Scrum maturity Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Development teams Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards at sprint completion Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years' experience in a QA leadership role Strong people management and mentoring capability Experience with automated testing frameworks Proficiency with Azure DevOps Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent organisational and project management skills Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
